Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Smith & Cross Rum
  • 22.18 ml Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • 11.09 ml Amaro Ciociaro
  • 11.09 ml Crème de Banane
  • 2 dash Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
