Alberto

Cointreau, Fino sherry and Lillet Blanc form the base of Alberto. The mixture is stirred and served in a wine glass.

Ingredients

  • 7.5 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml Fino sherry
  • 30 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 30 ml The Botanist gin

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the wine glass.
