Adonis

Fino sherry and red vermouth supply the entire base of this equal-parts Adonis. Lustau adds a single drop of orange bitters, keeping the recipe concise and the serving simple in a chilled cocktail glass.

Clear reddish amber cocktail in a coupe, without ice or garnish.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Lustau Puerto Fino sherry
  • 45 ml Lustau Vermut Rojo
  • 1 drop Orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Measure the fino, red vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe without serving ice.
  4. Serve promptly.
