Spearmint liqueur supplies the sweet herbal component in a vodka-and-lemon highball. The still ingredients are shaken first, then soda lengthens the drink over ice beneath a small honeydew-melon garnish.

Ingredients

45 ml Vodka
30 ml Meunier Menthe Verte Spearmint Liqueur
30 ml Fresh lemon juice
90 ml Chilled soda water
2 piece Small fresh honeydew melon pieces

Instructions

Measure vodka, Meunier Menthe Verte Spearmint Liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker and add cubed ice.
Seal the shaker and shake briskly until thoroughly cold, about 10–12 seconds.
Fine-strain into a chilled Collins glass over fresh ice.
Pour in the chilled soda water slowly and mix with one gentle lift of a spoon.
Finish with two small honeydew melon pieces and serve promptly.
