Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Barbancourt 8 Year Rhum
  • 14.79 ml Blandy's 5 Year Malmsey Madeira
  • 14.79 ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 10 drop St. George Absinthe
  • 1 portion Lime twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lime twist.
